Olivia (she/her) is the founder of Many Minds Psychology. Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Melbourne.
Olivia brings a warm, friendly, calm, and caring energy to therapy and empowers people to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Olivia has years of experience running individual and group therapy sessions as a psychologist in a private psychiatric hospital. Olivia is passionate about the benefits that individual and group therapy can bring, and loves seeing group members connecting, validating and learning from one another. Olivia also enjoys working with the online format as it enables people to more easily fit therapy into their lives.
Olivia is an integrative psychologist, meaning she integrates and draws upon a range of therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Olivia also has an interest in Mindfulness, and Schema informed therapy. Olivia is flexible in her approach, adapting to the needs and aspirations of the people she works with.
Olivia welcomes people from culturally diverse backgrounds and from the LGBTQIA+ community.
When she's not working, Olivia likes to spend time in nature (going to the beach or on a bush walk), play music (singing and drumming) and catch up with loved ones. Her self-care activities include yoga, reading and patting her cat, Ravioli. She lives in Melbourne, Australia.
