Many Minds Psychology provides individual and group therapy to people experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, panic, stress, burnout, workplace issues, grief, relationship difficulties, personality vulnerabilities, sleep issues, health anxiety, chronic pain, and gut issues.
Many Minds Psychology uses an online format for therapy sessions, meaning you can attend from the comfort of your home.
Many Minds Psychology provides online individual therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and treatment goals.
Sessions go for 50 minutes and can occur within or outside of business hours.
People attending individual therapy with Many Minds Psychology can attend the Online Mindfulness Group for free!
Led by a Clinical Psychologist, the Mindfulness Group includes a mindfulness meditation practice, followed by a discussion.
The Mindfulness Group goes for 30 minutes and occurs fortnightly on Monday evenings (8pm AEST).
This is an 8 week, skills based program occurring weekly on Saturday mornings from 9am to 9.50am (AEST).
The group is suitable to those experiencing anxiety, depression or stress, or anyone looking to improve their emotional wellbeing.
